Delivery

How does delivery work?
Wherever possible, your order will be delivered next day. If there is a problem with your order, we will call you before your delivery date to discuss this with you. Please note, we cannot take orders for delivery over the weekend. If you need weekend delivery, please get in contact with us. You can find our details here.
What time will my delivery arrive?

During the ordering process you will be able to select a delivery day. If there is any issue with this, the branch will contact you. We cannot give exact delivery times, however all deliveries are carried out during our opening times. To find out what these are, please check our opening times.

Do you offer click & collect?

No.  We do not offer click & collect.

Why should I use a grab lorry and not a skip?
Grab lorry hire is cost effective and efficient when it comes to moving large amounts of waste. Perhaps you have been landscaping your garden, creating a new drive or building an extension to your property. All of these projects create waste which you can’t always place in a skip due to the weight, this is when grab lorry hire makes the most sense. We simply pull up to your property and quickly muck away. You’ll also want to avoid hiring multiple skips and spending several hours of manual labour loading them.
How much does grab lorry hire cost?
The cost of hiring a grab lorry depends on the quantity and type of waste we are mucking away. As we only serve the Inverness area your location is also factor. We charge per load and tonnage for waste. Please call or message us in the first instance and we will quickly be able to provide a cost.
What waste material can I put in a grab lorry?
Grab lorries can carry a large variety of heavy material which you can’t often put in a normal skip. They can carry: earth and soil, hardcore, aggregates, concrete, bricks and green waste (wood, grass, trimmings).
How big is a grab lorry?
On average our grab lorries are around 3 metres wide so it’s important they have good access to your property and sufficient clearance either side. 4 Wheel Grab, Weight approx. 10 tonnes when empty and the maximum weight they can be is 18 tonnes. They require a minimum of 8′ 6″ entrance and load from the side.
Can a grab lorry reach over my fence or wall?
So long as our driver can manoeuvre and position alongside and they can see the waste from the controls then they can load from over a fence or wall, usually up to 8 meters with a double extension. They need around 3.8m of headroom and an extra 2m for the hydraulic arm.
Where shall I put my waste for grab hire collection?
You should carefully consider where you pile your waste for collection by our grab lorry. Ensure that you place it in the open away from low hanging branches and cables, so the operator can pull up alongside and reach to your waste.

How do I return my items?

For delivered items, please contact us to arrange a convenient collection from your site. Once these items have been collected, we can issue credit or a refund. For the collection of items from site collection, restocking charges may apply. We will confirm charges when the collection is arranged.

How do I find products?

Use the search box to enter a product code, or a description of the product you want. You can also use the product menu to explore different categories.

What payment methods can I use?

You can pay by credit/debit card or BACS transfer.

Can I cancel my online order?

You cannot currently cancel orders online. To cancel an order, please call us on 123456789

Voucher codes

We do not currently work with any third party voucher sites and will not use them to advertise any voucher codes available for this website. This means that any discount or voucher codes which are available will be sent directly to customers.

Online pricing

Prices quoted online are applicable to the quantity specified at the time of placing an order. If purchasing from outside our standard delivery areas (see list of excluded postcodes below) they will notify you of any variance on price before confirming your order.
